This is a complete comprehensive 5 day course that will take you literally from sharpening your own knives to preparing gourmet foods. This course teaches technique so after this courses you will be free to not only prepare any recipe you encounter but to create your own meals. The lecture and hands on content is designed to give you the skills and confidence in the kitchen to succeed.
