| I absolutely loved the on-line class. I live in Pennsylvania. and I normally leave 2 1/2 to 3 hours each way to drive to and from your classes, which means basically it shoots the whole day but with the on-air class I could still take the class and learn from the comfort of my own home and not have to travel. I loved it. Giggle I could still be sitting here in my bunny slippers snuggled up and home, learn and be inspired without leaving the comfort of my own home. I can hardly wait to make the recipes. The only downside to the classes is I couldn't try the foods but this is great for everyone who wants to learn from you and live too far away. I loved the webcast and can hardly wait for the next. | What a fantastic class! Raw Chef Dan is a terrific teacher that takes his time to explain everything, from steps to be flollowed to reasons why he does what he does. This specific class I took about Indian Cuisine. It was my first Internet Raw Food class, and his first live broadcast as well. I did miss the aromas and the the joy of eating his un-cooked masterpieces at the end of the class. I would recommend it to anyone. By the way, thanks to Eirc from QuestTV as well. Finally I get to join one of your classes. I have been to so many food prep classes over the past 3 years but never from a professional with so much experience and insight. It is a whole other level of food and preparation. Your teaching, food and recipes cannot be compared to anything I have done to this day. Thank you for showing me what amazing food can be done raw.
