Tolentin (Mun), co-founder of Quintessence, and I have been living part time here in Siesta Key, Florida which is a barrier island just off the coast of Sarasota (the "Crown Jewel of Florida"). To put it simply, this is a tropical waterfront paradise! We have had friends and family visit and many have said that it is so peaceful and rejuvenating here that we should host a raw food retreat for our customers from Quintessence. ysn
We have been looking for the perfect place to house our retreat guests and yesterday we finally found it, the Turtle Beach Resort. Amazingly and fortuitously, it is only about a 3-4 minute walk to our home.
wr Turtle Beach Resort is a beautiful, peaceful waterfront resort - as relaxing as any we have seen anywhere.  You can sunbathe nude in your own private courtyard and then relax in your own private spa. Take an afternoon nap in your room comfortably and beautifully decorated with contemporary Caribbean style furniture. Frankly, we were astonished that this amazing resort is just a few steps down the road from us.

Meals:		    
Three gourmet raw vegan meals a day and snacks will be provided from Friday lunch to Monday breakfast.
All Meals will be served buffet style at our home which is a 3-4 minute leisurely walk from Turtle Beach resort. When booking a retreat, please inform us of any special dietary needs.		 vsdv
Transportation:    
Jet Blue has direct flights from JFK to Sarasota daily at 8:20 A.M. arriving in Sarasota 11:27 am
Jet Blue also has a 12:15 pm direct from Sarasota to JFK daily departure.
There are numerous 1 stop (in Atlanta) flights available from both Newark and LaGuardia to Sarasota
If you fly to Sarasota we can pick you up at no extra cost. If you choose to fly to Tampa you will need to take a cab or rent a car.

Retreat Dates:		    
1st Retreat: Sept 26th to 29th
2nd Retreat: Oct. 3rd to 6th
3rd Retreat: Oct. 24th to 27th
4th Retreat: Oct. 31st to Nov. 3rd
Please note availability is limited and they do go fast, so HURRY and reserve your space.

All-inclusive "Raw" Retreat Price for 3 nights & 4 days:
Only US$1195 per person (double occupancy - studio or 1 bedroom)
Only US$1295 per person (2 bedroom with shared bath)
Only US$1495 per person (single occupancy - studio or 1 bedroom)
Prices include meals and accommodations. (Airfare not included)

Payment and Security Deposit:		  
1st Retreat - Sept 26th to 29th.  Due to the short time left until Sept 26th, a non-refundable full payment must be received by Sept 15th.
For the remaining retreats, 50% deposit must be received no later than two weeks before, and final payment must be received by Friday, the week before.
All deposits are non-refundable but transferable.
We will be using Pay-pal to accept all payments, certified checks and cash is also acceptable.
