This class will not be for beginner by any stretch. This will be top notch stuff from Raw Chef Dan where one must have advanced skills. In this course you will go from your standard raw sun berger and through you into Mastery Gourmet Preparations.
| Day one will be mostly Savory Dishes. Creating complex dishes, light Breads, and Cooked to Raw, creating meals from leftovers and multi purposing components. |
Day two will be mostly sweets. Finninsh some of the savory dishes and focusing on sweets, light Cakes, Custards, Chia, using Exotic Fruits
and pastries. |
