Raw Chef Dan Certification Courses
I have an excellent announcement. I will be offering my uniquely credited certification workshops at the end of Sept and early Oct. My class is taught with my 9 years raw food restaurant experience and over 7 years teaching and training. My expertise’s as an innovator and pioneer of the raw food movement in unique and highly exclusive. There are only a hand full of restaurant in the world none of which have to time and rich history of Quintessence. I have only taught my certification course privately and this will be my first offering of such an experience. If you have any plans of taking training in raw food prep and you want it from a working professional, my class is it.
Fall Schedule is as follows:
Sept 26th –28th Oct 3rd – 5th Oct 6th & 7th
The Raw Food Preparation Mastery Program $1,200. The Life Food Chef Mastery Program $2,700.00 The Raw Chef Instructors’ Course. $800.00
First clean and chop a cauliflower into bite size pieces. Mix with it enough raisins to give you a raisin or two in every bite. Let sit while you prepare the curry paste. Now blend the Biryani curry paste.
blend in your blender: ¼ cup onion chopped ¼ cup olive oil ¼ cup water
¼ cup fresh mint (loose)
¼ cup fresh cilantro (loose) 2 dates
2 cloves garlic (medium sized)
1”piece fresh ginger
2 tbls chili powder
1 bay leaf
1 tbls coriander
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp sea salt
Now you should have a tasty Biryani curry paste. Mix enough past with the cauliflower to completely coat the cauliflower. Let sit 1 to 2 hrs before serving. Best serve topped generously with a live yogurt.

AERIAL PESTICIDE SPRAYING OF URBAN AREAS SUSPENDED
The OCA and a number of allied groups recently sounded the alarm over aerial spraying of a hazardous moth pesticide over densely populated areas of California. Last week, officials announced that due to public uproar about the issue, the program has been suspended. "I know there's concern out there, and we want to be able to address that," stated A.G. Kawamura, state secretary of food and agriculture.
